Their yoga retreat course helps to take you beyond the mind and involuntary thoughts. Through meditation and yoga, they will help/assist you how to reduce and banish stress. Vegetarian meals will be provided twice daily during the retreat and accommodations are included. This retreat will help you to uplift yourself from a stressful life.

This retreat will take place at Nepal Home Yoga located in Kathmandu, Nepal. Nepal is situated in the incredible Himalayas, home of the Yogis and Lord Buddha's birthplace.

The venue
You will be staying at Nepal Yoga Home situated on the lap of the Nagarjun Jungle in Kathmandu, Nepal. Surrounded by mountains and jungles, you will enjoy beautiful views of Kathmandu. Here you will experience a holy and spiritual environment with stunning nature views where you can practice and learn about yoga and meditation with highly experienced yoga instructors (gurus).

Program

This 10 days stress management yoga retreat course will come under the guidance of experienced yogis at Nepal Yoga Home. They will help/assist you to manage your stress by finding your authentic source of being. They will also help you to uplift your stressful life and bring you peace. Daily training will be focusing on the stillness of mind that will teach you how to consciously quiet your mind whenever you feel overwhelmed. While through meditation, it will help you to get in touch with your inner being; this means less dependence on medications, greater self-awareness, and happier and blissful life.

Excursions
This retreat includes nature hiking as part of the stress management activities.

Optional activities
In your leisure time, you can go cycling, hiking, jungle safari, countryside visit, shopping or just enjoy yourself a mantra chanting and deep silence.

Prakash
Prakash Acharya is the founder of Nepal Yoga Home. His life is fully devoted to social transformation through yoga and meditation. He is working for those children who have been deprived of education due to their poverty in remote areas of Nepal. When he was a student, his subject was science (physics) and his objective was to know spirituality in a scientific way. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree, he pursued a Master degree of Science in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness.
