The 100-hour meditation and Bhagavad-Gita teacher training course is a 700-verse scripture in Sanskrit, describing a conversation between Lord Krishna and Arjuna. It is set in the much wider context of the Mahabharata, an epic Hindu story. But the Gita provides you with much more than a simple story. Instead, this ancient scripture provides you with solutions to the age-old human pursuit of happiness.
