While their programs are offered for experienced yoga teachers, these courses are also perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice or maybe someone who is considering a longer teacher training certification course in the future.
Shree Hari Yoga specialises in 100-hour Restorative yoga TTC, which helps to flex the body slowly and helps to restore health. Many times you may experience dullness in body and mind as well. In yoga teacher training to delve into 100-hour Restorative yoga, you will be calm and your mind will reset which will help with physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This is a slow-paced style of yoga with different postures and asanas for a long time
From Monday to Saturday, generally from 06:30 to 18:30, your daily routine will include multiple practice sessions as well as practical and theory classes. Your schedule will also include open time for you to engage in self-study and practice teaching with your fellow trainees.
