The course mainly includes Traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Iyengar Yoga.
The course is a stepping stone to becoming a yoga teaching professional and the training itself gives all participants a solid foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Shree Hari Yoga offers a program that is presented in a fun, relaxed, modern and progressive environment. Students should be prepared to be mentally and physically challenged as classes vary from physically vigorous to softer and more restorative sessions. You will be encouraged to follow an Ayurvedic diet to improve your overall sense of well-being.
For this Yoga Therapy course, students and practitioners will be following a restorative and gentle application of yoga in their experience at our school. This will encourage healing and insight to bring about the highest quality results for each individual.
Schedules will follow our school's typical routine, rising early and engaging in classes and practice throughout the day, ending in the evening around sunset. This will include a breakfast and lunch break as well as some rest time in the afternoon.
This yoga therapy course is focused on restorative and healing principles of yoga practice and lifestyle. It will be integrated into our school's style and schedule of teaching/training but will be taught with a gentler quality for the students to gain healing and restoration.
