Welcome to Pyramid Yogshala's 15-days body opening workshop for basic to intermediate level. Experience classes full of knowledge and practice. The course will be based on basic to intermediate level (anyone can join). Learn how to start your yoga practice, or how to teach beginners. Work on each body part. Learn the proper drills and techniques for the asanas, as well as the proper alignments to start / improve your journey in a safe and correct manner.

How the course works
There will be interactive classes you can join via Zoom. The recording will be provided and always accessible.

Pyramid Yogshala is based in Rishikesh, India (IST, GMT+5:30) and they will hold the online classes on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 21:00 - 22:00 (IST).

Instructor

Yoshita Walia
Yoshita
Born and raised in Delhi, Yoshita developed an interest in yoga at a very young age. Her teachers pushed her to improve her asana performance all the time. Training for more than 6 hours a day for more than 6 years now, Yoshita reveals a true mastery of advanced poses. She has studied and practised intensely Traditional Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style both in Delhi and in Rishikesh where she frequently stays for long periods of time, learning from Local Yogis and Himalayan masters. She's a prodigy, a "rubber girl" that can bend and twist in any way possible or impossible!
