This yoga teacher training is designed for those who would like to deepen their knowledge and practice of yoga and learn the energy and spiritual aspects of it. This course is recommended (but not required) for those who have completed a 200-hour or 500-hour yoga teacher training course, or for intermediate or advanced practitioners who would like to enforce their personal practice.

This TTC will take place in Lovina Beach, North Bali. Yoga classes and cultural activities will be conducted at Dream Hill Retreat Center. If you have chosen accommodation at another location, a shuttle bus between your hotel and the retreat center will be organized. Spa treatments will be provided at your accommodation. Dream Hill is located two kilometers from the center of Lovina and 1.5 kilometers from the beach. During your free time, you can use a shuttle service to get to the center. Santhiku Hotel is located downtown 600 meters from the beach.

The venue
The main center of the TTC programs is at Dream Hill Retreat Center. During your stay, you can choose one of the accommodations below that will better suit your requirements. Shuttle between all hotels is available and organized.

Dream Hill Retreat Center
Mostly yoga classes and cultural activities are conducted at the Dream Hill Retreat Center. The property stands on the top of the rock with 360 degrees view of the Bali Sea, mountains, rice fields, and Kaliasem village. To get to the top you have to climb 98 steps, but it is worth it! A quirky wooden hotel is the most extraordinary accommodation you have ever stayed in.

It has an ashram construction type with small single cabins or twin/double rooms with shared bathrooms. One deluxe bungalow with a private bathroom and private lounge pool is available for one or two people (double bed, fan). A huge infinity swimming pool with a sea view and lounge deck is located on the top level of Dream Hill.

Santhiku Hotel, Villas, Yoga & SPA
Santhiku Hotel, Villas Yoga & SPA is the place where Santhika Retreat Center started its history in 2017. Nowadays, they conduct their main activities at Dream Hill, but they still accommodate their guests and sometimes make yoga classes at Santhiku. This place is recommended for those who require air-conditioning and a private bathroom in their own room. There is a small lounge pool on the spot, a spa centre, and a restaurant as well.

Food
During your stay at the retreat centre, they will provide food accordingly to your dietary requirements, including allergy reactions. They suggest following a vegetarian diet during your stay.

 If you have special dietary requirements it's a good idea to communicate them to the organiser when making a reservation

Morning yoga routine
During morning yoga routine classes they will conduct different types of yoga: Hatha, Vinyasa, pranayama, Kundalini.

By participating in these classes you will learn:

  • Different ways of structuring the class
  • Useful and interesting advice for common practice

Energy Anatomy
  • 10 Energy bodies and Tantric numerology
  • Ayurveda basic knowledge
  • Chakras and energy meridians
Energy anatomy plays a significant role in the yogic philosophy. Due to excessive emphasis on asana and the physical aspect of the practice on 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses, the energy aspect of human anatomy is often left out. This leaves yoga teachers with a big gap of knowledge about the actual yoga anatomy even after they have completed their TTC.

  • How to create a connection between body, mind, and soul?
  • How to integrate knowledge about human energy structure into yoga practice?
  • How to understand and how to explain to students the holistic approach of yoga?
  • How to see the connection between the limits of the students in the class and their lifestyle?

​Asana geometry
You will look at poses from the Ashtanga lineage, break them down and investigate:

  • Sitting, lying, standing, and inverted postures
  • The anatomical differences in them
  • The major muscles that are used
  • Alignment
  • How to use tools such as pads, belts, blankets to choose the right position
  • How to do asanas safely with some physical problems, old injuries, pain, and other disorders
  • How to make yoga shapes and learn how to create asana sequences, that methodically move from one position to another
  • Similarities between yoga asanas, finding strength and balance in them by looking at anatomy and alignment, so you can learn to use the same muscles in the same shapes but in different poses
  • How to utilize one pose to progress to another with the same foundation and the same strength
  • Assessment of body posture, capacity and flexibility and appropriate postures, position selection by adjusting asanas

Prenatal yoga
The journey of pregnancy transforms forever couple’s life, their parents’ identity, their reality, and their future. The impact of a woman’s hormones reshapes her body, scrambles her emotions, and tests her mind.

Prenatal yoga does not promise a short, easy birth. It can offer you ways to deeply connect with yourself, as you breathe and relax during the process of birthing a child. The holistic yoga approach empowers women, whether the birth is at home or in a large medical institution.

Sound healing course
Sound healing is a powerful way to reduce stress and calm the mind, allowing practitioners to sink into deep states of relaxation – which sounds like something that would be amazing to add to your yoga class!

Self-awareness practice
1. Outdoor yoga tour to Holy Santhipala waterfall

During the time spent there, you will experience different techniques that can be conducted at natural sports for:

2. Emotional freedom technique

After this workshop you will be able to help a person:

  • Discover, identify, and formulate the main obstacle, problem, obsolete harmful beliefs subconscious program
  • Evaluate the current problem in the ten-point system according to the strength
  • Create a self-acceptance program no matter what happens in their life in the past or now
  • Create new programs that will help them liberate themselves from the limitations, obstacles, difficulties of life, pain, fears, stress

3. Osho tarot cards

You will learn how to integrate these cards into your ordinary yoga class:

  • To create a space and state that allows the yoga practitioner to go deeper into more than just the physical level
  • To bring to your students a deeper understanding and experience that they will absorb into the subtle bodies during Shavasana

Discover the deeper way of interconnection and conscious communication through Venus Kriya practice.

A Venus Kriya scientifically and precisely combines male and female polarities with asanas, mudras, mantras, pranayama, and meditation to generate a strong psycho magnetic field, through which energy is drawn in and directed positively towards subconscious cleansing and the raising of consciousness, through the chakras to higher, divine consciousness.

Energy healing course
You will learn the energy healing technique Sat Nam Rasayan. Learning this technique will help you:

  • To feel and provide the energy flow on your classes
  • To feel other people and their energy state
  • To improve your intuition and open your third eye vision
  • To create a safe healing space during your teaching
Aromatherapy will give you the magic of essential keys that you can use in your daily life and incorporate into your yoga practising and teaching. During the course, you will learn:

  • How different essential oils can be used to work with particular emotional and mental blocks
  • How to conduct a diagnostic to find out which exactly fragrant should be recommended to a person in the different life cases

Kundalini yoga
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.

  • Learn different meditations and kriyas for emotional cleansing
  • How to handle emotional release on the class

Meditation course
You will learn how to restore the energy flows in the entire energy system through the chakra balancing meditation techniques. Each of them is a separate powerful instrument to balance the entire human energy system.

The course has three independent modules (1 week each), that you can complete at once or separately in random order. Once you complete all three sections, Santhika Retreat Center will issue a certificate that will confirm that you have completed a 150-hour yoga teacher training course in their school.

Outdoor yoga tour to Santhipala waterfall
This tour will bring you to a very special place for Santhika Retreat Center's family - Holy Santhipala Waterfall - that is supposed to be built as a healing and meditation centre. Many powerful spiritual people were visiting this place and staying there for meditations. They would like to share with their guests the powerful energy of this place. If you could never go deep in your meditation, in this place you will be able to do it easily. In addition to yoga and meditations, they will conduct a purification ceremony at the holy spring bath.

Dolphins adventure tour
The exclusive and unforgettable marine tour starts at 7 a.m. when all boats start coming back and you enjoy watching dolphins without racing. You will be snorkelling at the spot where the dolphins can be seen and watch how the dolphins play under the water. This fun half-day adventure tour will leave an impression and is a very special experience.

Pemuteran tour
During this tour, Santhika Retreat Center will bring you to the western part of the Northern coast of Bali. You will start the journey by visiting Monkey Temple and cave temple to receive a blessing as the pilgrims. You will make a stop at the Pemuteran beach for snorkelling on the largest artificial Biorock reef project in the world! Nearby you also can visit a turtles farm. After lunch, you will continue the way more to the West to White Sand Beach, where you can enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the blue lagoon with natural white sand. On the way back, you will enjoy the sunset at the Turtle Temple on the beach.

Holy hot springs
This short tour will bring you to the natural hot springs in the jungles not far from Lovina area. Water is reaching with sulfur and is good for deep relaxation and healing.

Night boat tour and BBQ on the beach
You will enjoy a beautiful sunset in the sea from the boat. With darkness comes, thousands of lights surround the boat - it's plankton. You can swim in the open water and enjoy glowing plankton around you. After snorkelling with headlights in the night sea you will arrive at the beach where you will have a barbecue dinner with a bonfire. During your stay, you can arrange other excursions to sightseeing and waterfalls in the North of Bali for an extra charge.
