Arohan Yoga School conducts a comprehensive and intensive 200-hour yoga teacher training program covering asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, cleansing, and meditation techniques. Practical includes Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin styles of yoga. The theory includes yoga anatomy and physiology, philosophy, and Ayurveda.

Arohan Yoga School is located right on the bank of the holy river Ganges in the most serene and secluded part of Rishikesh, the spirituality centre, without Rishikesh’s hustle-bustle. Here, you can enjoy the best nature has to offer such as rare migratory birds, stunning view of the Ganges, the Shivalik range of the majestic Himalayas, and the beautiful forests.

The venue
Arohan Yoga School has tastefully done bedrooms with a comfortable bed, storage space, and an attached washroom with hot shower are available. There's also a free Wi-Fi connection too. Also, enjoy an open terrace, spacious garden, and close view of the Himalayas and the Ganga Beach.

Food
During this teacher training, please note that the consumption of meat, alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs is strictly prohibited. Breakfast will typically have two fruits and upma/poha/parathas/sprouts/idli. During lunch and dinner, you will typically have one portion of dal, vegetable curry, chapatis, and rice. Please be informed that no food will be provided on weekly off days, i.e. 3 days in the entire course.

Vikas Singh
Vikas
Vikas has more than 12 years of teaching experience. Born and brought up in the sacred city of Rishikesh, he has a natural affinity for yoga. He is the Hatha teacher. He is known to be very spontaneous and his classes are enjoyed by one and all.

Ravi Prakash
Ravi
Ravi is a masters in Yoga Science from Rishikesh University. He has more than 10 years of experience teaching in various teacher training. His classes are intensive and properly structured. He teaches the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa in the 200-hour teacher training program. Most students see a marked improvement in their flexibility after training under him.

Neeraj
Neeraj
Neeraj is an experienced, registered yoga teacher E-RYT from Yoga Alliance. He completed his course in Rishikesh. He is also certified as a yoga instructor from the Ayush Ministry, Government of India. Neeraj has completed a course in Vedantic philosophy. He is also an MBA and has nine years of experience in the corporate world. Apart from teacher training and retreats, Neeraj conducts workshops for golfers, corporates, and runners. He believes in imparting holistic yoga knowledge with equal emphasis on asanas, pranayama, mudra, bandha, cleansing, and meditational techniques.

Sneha
Sneha
Sneha is a graduate and focuses on women’s health by incorporating the techniques of asanas, pranayama, mantras, and light meditation. She conducts yoga classes for prenatal and postnatal conditions for women with a very gentle and simple approach and most of her lessons are a direct outcome of her own personal experience of the stages of pregnancy and the later recovery periods. She also conducts live cooking classes and demos on yogic cuisine.
