Yin yoga teacher training
Shree Hari Yoga is now offering a unique 200-hour Yin yoga teacher training in India. Yin yoga is a practice that has its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Daoist yoga, and western anatomy. Long, static holds in postures help to put a healthy load on the joints, increasing their range of motion while accessing deep layers of connective tissue and fascia in the body.
Yin yoga promotes slowness and self-inquiry and helps you to understand the power of being totally present in your body. It is the perfect antidote for our modern, stressful lives, and the gentle nature of the practice means that it is truly accessible to all. In this course, youโll be introduced to the philosophical concepts that underpin the Yin yoga practice, as well as study the traditional Yin asanas and learn how to structure and guide a practice yourself.
