Soulfit is offering a weekend retreat experience with a difference. Soulfit has merged their two favourite things - yoga and fitness - with the most beautiful venue nestled within the South Downs, Yoga, morning South Downs runs , countryside walks, gong baths, massages and a private chef will make for a unique experience. It's your retreat, so take part in as little or as much as you like.

Located only a 90 minute train trip from London, Tilton House whisks you away to another world altogether. Set within the South Downs National Park in East Sussex, the House is as beautiful as its surroundings. Yoga classes take place outside or in the yurt on the property, and the grounds also include a stunning library and sauna. Accommodation is typically shared and the retreat provides delicious, vegetarian-friendly meals each day.

Program

Bringing together the talents of our Soulfit teachers Cherry, Isis & Gyles, a typical day will begin with an optional morning run with sea-views through the beautiful East Sussex countryside, followed by a gorgeous morning yoga practice.  

We’ll then get your heart pumping & endorphins flowing with our fitness sessions, designed to build strength & relieve stress.

After a delicious, nutritious lunch, the afternoon will be yours to enjoy in the comforts of these beautiful surroundings; being pampered with an optional deeply, relaxing massage; or joining us for a walk around the estate.  

Before settling in for a sumptuous evening feast, an evening Gong sound bath will ensure you’ve completely wound down & left any external challenges firmly at the gate.

Cherry's Yoga journey started when she travelled around Thailand in 2008. What started as a way to meet people turned into a real love & passion for Yoga. 

Cherry completed the Yoga lifestyle course with Yoga Studio Academy, Bangkok, Thailand. Following her move back to London in 2015, she continued her love of Yoga & completed the Teacher Training Course at YogaLondon in August 2017.
Isis Du Jour
Isis
Isis has been on the Soulfit team since the beginning of our journey & has guided us along many paths as we’ve grown & evolved together.

Having discovered yoga on a trip to India many years ago, she was drawn by the many changes which occur when you integrate yoga into your daily life. She consistently weaves in her love of philosophy & takes you on a deeply beautiful & magical journey whenever you’re on her mats.
Gyles Abbott
Gyles
Gyles got into personal training through his own relationship with fitness and the positive impact it had on his own life - physically & mentally. He has a passion for fitness, continually striving to find new & inventive ways for his clients to enjoy and embrace exercise. His realistic, encouraging & consultative approach help clients achieve permanent and positive change. Gyles doesn’t believe there’s a short cut to fitness, creating an environment where exercise is fun, rewarding & social is the key to ensuring that this element of healthy living becomes part of your everyday routine.
