Set in the heart of the British countryside, this retreat has been specially created for busy professionals wanting to escape the rat race and find mindfulness and rejuvenation through an inspiring curated four-day wellness programme. We have yoga, meditation, coaching on offer from highly knowledgeable guest instructors. Coaches and speakers touch on corporate mindfulness and executive coaching, while there will also be plenty of time to simply relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings. The retreat aims to allow you to take time for yourself, acquire techniques and practical tools that you can take back with you into your daily life. It will help you reconfigure and recalibrate your work/life balance in a sustainable and inspiring manner, as well as allow you to connect with inspiring, like-minded people.

Program

The four-day retreat offers daily yoga classes, with a focus on Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative and Nidra Yoga. The Ashtanga sunrise practice (sun salutations) is optional, and there are daily meditations and specialised workshops led by qualified and knowledgeable guest speakers. Every day you will enjoy three delicious meals prepared by a highly talented Michelin-star chef, using locally sourced ingredients. In between yoga, meditation, and workshops you can enjoy a complimentary massage, wander through the beautiful gardens, read, relax and connect with the other guests. You can also choose to experience taster hypnotherapy or executive coaching sessions, both of which are also included in the cost of this unique retreat.

The retreat is set in picturesque village of Sydling St. Nicholas. Guests will stay in private luxury accommodation, which includes a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and living area, opening onto a beautiful terrace with a hot tub, and spectacular views across the lush gardens, and out onto the surrounding hills. Find a quiet moment to sit and read a book or even make use of the cinema room with snug sofas and beanbags. The area is dotted with ancient, thatched cottages lining the bank of the Sydling Waterway. Dorchester is a short drive away and stomping ground of world-famous author Thomas Hardy. The region has a fascinating Roman heritage, and quaint cafes and restaurants.

Anastasia Ttofis
Anastasia
 Anastasia is the founder of the BusyBuddha. She is a commercial litigation lawyer and company director specialising in banking and finance-related disputes. Despite her busy, corporate-centered life, Anastasia embraces gratitude in everything she does and practices yoga and mindfulness, acknowledging how they brought clarity and focus to her high-pressure career. This was the reason she created BusyBuddha Retreats, to share her experience with other professionals.

Ella
Ella specialises in business yoga teachings, designing yoga practices to empower staff and encourage them to look after their mind, body and soul by putting their wellbeing at the heart of what they do on a daily basis, specifically in the workplace.
Paul Hill
Paul
Paul guides meditation workshops and is an expert hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. He focusses on providing coaching and training to small and large companies and brings his vast experience in mental health support to the BusyBuddha retreats.

 Becky has a true passion for people and therefore forged her career as a Personal and Executive Coach, helping organisations build and implement structure to their workforce of people. Over 22 years she has worked with large blue-chip organisations and small privately-owned businesses. She believes in treating people equally and getting the best out of her clients.
