We’re talking refreshing yoga, meditation, healing sessions and delicious plant-based dishes that showcase only the freshest flavours. When you’re not flowing through nourishing asanas or journeying within, you’ll join fellow thrill-seekers for an epic paddle boarding adventure along the coast. There will also be ample downtime to explore the area’s many breathtaking beaches or simply relax under a palm tree and soak up the sun.

Location

Surrounded by the Banana River, 7 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to the studio and a 7-minute walk to the park, the retreat house is a slice of paradise. This well-appointed home is complete with a yoga room, full kitchen, lanai, private pool in our tropical yard, two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Within walking distance of Cocoa Beach-Aquatics Center, City Park, Skate Park, and Paddle Board Launch.

Instructor

Stephanie

Stephanie is an RYT-500 certified teacher. Her other qualifications include Certified SUP YOGA Instructor, Local Stand-Up Paddle Board Guide and trained vocalist. Stephanie has been teaching yoga since 2018. She experienced SUP Yoga for the first time in 2019 and immediately fell in love with the challenge of connecting breath and movement while maintaining balance on the board surrounded by Mother Nature. Her teaching focuses on creating a peaceful and playful practice.
