Host teacher Pippa Gosling will lead you through a fully comprehensive Hatha-vinyasa yoga practice. Helping to connect to your body and build upon a movement plan to take home with you.
The perfect opportunity to learn the wisdom of yoga. You will also be guided through the fundamentals of the 8 limbs and given easy, interactive tools to help utilize them in your daily life.
Maiwenn with help you understand the principles of functional movement and leave you with a detailed guide to YOUR body. The sessions will be broken down into short bitesize chunks. A tapas of movement snacks with a few take-home hacks to help re-align when things go on the wonk!
Lissette will guide you through a series of exercises to induce natural shaking in the body, this bypasses the psychology and goes straight to the physiology which releases the held tension in the body and mind. TRE®️ is intended to be helpful for everybody.

There will be plenty of time to walk the surrounding countryside, read, kick back in the hydrotherapy pool and hot tub or treat yourself to a massage from our on-site therapist

MUNDELSEY NORFOLK
The Medieval Swafield barn is a grade 2 listed building. The perfect mix of old meets new. with high ceilings and bare brick walls, the venue is spacious and bright. It has beautiful views of the surrounding Mundesley countryside and a 5-minute drive to the coast.
There is a selection of luxury single and double rooms available, offering en suite and shared bathrooms.
A large hot tub and hydrotherapy pool are also some of the key offerings from this stunning venue.

The whole-food, plant-based menu has been designed to detoxify the digestive system and heal your body from the inside out. Each meal will be lovingly prepared in-house using organic and seasonal (wherever possible) and presented buffet style allowing the opportunity to explore and create to your taste.

We aim to help you kick start your health and give you a well-earned break from everyday life. This weekend is an opportunity to gently release unprocessed emotions, rebalance digestion and re-calibrate the body. working with Sarah Rose our in-house sports therapy and soft tissue massage therapist. As well as the complimentary hot tub. There will be a host of therapies on offer and delivered from to the comfort of your room such as reiki, massage and facials. These can be booked and paid for closer to the event and all information will be sent out in your confirmation pack.

Pip was properly introduced to yoga during her training at Cambridge Performing Arts Theatre School to support her dance training and was instantly hooked on the relief it gave her both physically and emotionally. All the while though, yoga was a deep-rooted love of hers and had given her so much healing over the years. she went on to complete my 200-hour teacher training at CamYoga which utterly changed her life, and was offered teaching opportunities immediately.
