You will love the retreat home and the surroundings. The retreat home is located in Sitges a town about 35 kilometres southwest of Barcelona, Spain - a coastal paradise on the Mediterranean coast. With lovely views of the Mediterranean coast, the place is less than a five minutes walk away from the sandy beaches.

The venue
The retreat home is a beautiful mix of an old style with a touch of new and will be your space to feel at home. What are the highlights of this beautiful house? The views from the coast are breathtaking, the living room and balcony with sea view, the swimming pool and the two beaches that are just around the corner, to make you feel just like at your new home!

On the check-in day, you will get your room that you will share with your partner, friend, or even a new friend.

Food
The retreat will be a powerful time for your health and taste! Sergio will prepare fresh and seasonal food that will help to cleanse, detox, and energize your body throughout the retreat and days after. Food is one of Sergio's passions and he'll make sure you get tasty but at the same time nourishing meals.

What is included in your stay?
  • All-day long refreshing beverages and snacks
  • 2 main meals per day: breakfast and one more meal
And of course, we can not forget Zlata's famous peanut butter! Daily prepared due that is finished very fast.

Program

In this retreat, there is no prior knowledge or partner required. This retreat is your way to build confidence, self-trust, and get more fit and flexible while playing with like-minded people. You will bring the yoga poses from the ground up into the air or better said, onto your feet.

During your stay, most of the workshops and classes will be outdoors on the beach or in the garden but the group usually does (depending on different conditions) one excursion: a silent meditation walk and sunrise yoga on the beach.

The program may slightly vary depending on different reasons.

Depending on weather conditions, you will do the classes on different sand beaches and surroundings.

Zlata Kobas
Zlata
Zlata is a certified Vinyasa yoga and yoga Trapeze instructor originally from Croatia. She started yoga a few years ago after a wrist injury. She remembers her first class; she was stiff, inflexible, and also did not feel good in her skin but after a few weeks, she started noticing changes in her and her body. She felt more energized and her back pain disappeared. Fast forward, today she made teaching her mission to share her passion with you!
Sergio Villena Kirchhartz
Sergio
Sergio is a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor originally from Spain, but with German roots. He needed almost 10 years from his first yoga experience until he made it part of his life and one of his passions. On his third attempt, he discovers not only yoga, but a new world called Acroyoga. Yoga and Acro yoga transformed completely his vision of sports, health, and the mind. Today, he wants to share these lessons and passion with others to make them feel more satisfied with their bodies as well as their lives and partners.
