The venue
The Spa Hotel has hidden away within a peaceful atmosphere, where the pace of life is relaxing and calm. Just a short drive from Tallinn's lively and atmospheric city centre, you will be greeted with comfortable surroundings, just the right amount of fun, wonderful flavours, invigorating sea air, and an idyllic sandy beach.

Laulasmaa is a popular place for swimming and sunbathing and an ideal spot for sports throughout the year. Picturesque landscape, ancient pine forests, and a coastline of white sandy beaches offer a nice place for running, biking, Nordic walking, and many more sports activities. There are plenty of opportunities for an active vacation.

These days are carefully planned out to offer you clean and healthy food, relaxing spa treatments, and time off to pamper your body and soul. It is up to you to decide what true relaxation constitutes for you - a day filled with several treatments or time spent in a sauna and pools. Food
The foods served during the retreat are fresh and healthy. Similarly to Estonian culture, the local taste palate has been infused with the best of the neighbouring countries. Here, you'll find traces of Scandinavian, Russian, and German kitchens, not to mention other mainstream international influencers such as the French nouvelle cuisine. 

The Estonian bread has at least three different names Estonian, black, white, and wholemeal, that's how serious the Estonians are about the loaf. Black rye bread with a thin crispy crust is a healthy and very original gift to bring back from your trip to Estonia. With a spread of Estonia's famous full-fat salty butter, the local bread is sure to tingle your taste buds.

Program

You will start the days with morning meditation, yoga, and a refreshing spa. Afterward, you will have an ample meal in a breakfast buffet. Every day in an Estonian yoga retreat is a little different. You will also visit Tallinn's old town and eat in a cozy cafe.

Pille Mitt is a yoga student and teacher, group fitness and personal trainer, nutritionist, lifestyle coach, and chocolate lover. She leads Ashtanga yoga modified primary series, yoga flow, mindful Restorative yoga classes, Les Mills body pump and body balance, indoor cycling, aerobics, and stretching classes. She helps her students and clients push their limits to achieve their goals. She comes from Tallinn, Estonia but now she has been living and working in Molde, Norway since 2012.
