5-Day Silent Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga Retreat on Hiiumaa in Estonia
Join Om & Flow Yoga for an insightful silent mindfulness meditation and yoga retreat on a tranquil island of Hiiumaa in Estonia, surrounded by pine forests and the Baltic Sea. Participants will be spending time meditating and going inwards to discover the Self, diving into the mental, physical and spiritual practice of yoga and practicing mindfulness and yoga Nidra.
In Hiiumaa, Estonia, you can unplug from your everyday routine and immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility delivered by vast pine forests surrounding you at every step.
Hiiumaa almost feels as if it has never been discovered by humanity, so you can wander in the empty forests and walk down the beach at sunsets in solitude which feels a lot like being in a constant state of meditation.
The newly opened Hõbekala Guesthouse is located on a tranquil and lush island of Hiiumaa in Estonia. Surrounded by pine forests and within walking distance from the Baltic Sea, it is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the practice and teachings of yoga to enhance your physical and spiritual growth.
The Nordic style guesthouse has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable with sheets, towels, soap, and weekly room cleaning included. You have a choice of booking a single bed in a shared quadruple or triple room or a private room all for yourself. Each room has a private shower and toilet.
The price includes three daily healthy vegetarian/vegan meals.

On the first day of the retreat, Om & Flow Yoga will be picking up all of the guests in Tallinn and heading to the retreat centre together. Please note that the group will be leaving Tallinn at 3 p.m. at the latest, so if you’re not available for pick-up before that time you will have to make your own way to Hiiumaa. On the last day of the retreat, you will be dropped off in Tallinn in the afternoon.
The silence begins on the first day in the evening after orientation and ends on the last day of the retreat before your final lunch together. During the retreat, you will receive a wealth of knowledge about mental health, mindfulness, the spiritual and physical practice of yoga, meditation, and yoga Nidra.
You will be taught how to incorporate that knowledge into your everyday life and how to live your life more mindfully, in peace and in contentment.

You will leave the retreat with deepened meditation and yoga practice, having grown as a person and gained more clarity and vision for your future, ready to fulfil your dreams and live your life to the fullest.
This retreat is open to all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners. Your training will be tailored specifically to your needs and goals to lead you to your maximum potential.
Marta is an Estonian Yoga Alliance certified RYT500 yoga teacher and assistant asana teacher of the course. Marta is the founder and owner of Om & Flow yoga and has been teaching regular Vinyasa and Hatha-based yoga classes in Thailand and Estonia since October 2017.
Marceau is a certified RYT200 yoga teacher and meditation teacher and practitioner from France. He regularly attends Vipassana meditation retreats for extended periods of time and uses different techniques to help people reach the highest potential in any area of their lives.
