​Come to Park City Utah where Yoga meets the Mountains. In this exhilarating yoga retreat, you will explore the majestical mountains of Utah and all the adventures they have to offer while experiencing the deep healing powers of yoga. This retreat will find the power between yoga and nature.

Nature can feel so simple, but when you immerse yourself in it, you feel its power. We all get stuck in our comfort zones of life, this retreat will find the balance between challenging you and giving you time to NOURISH YOUR SOUL.

Join Lindsey, as she leads you through the mountains on your yoga adventure. We will travel to Park City Utah as our base camp. Located at 7,000 feet above sea level we will experience all that the mountains have to offer. Our adventures will take us through river rafting, mountain biking, waterfall exploring and hot springs relaxation. Taking a break from our daily routine gives us the opportunity to explore ourselves, connecting back to our heart centre, and quieting the world around us to allow our purist voice to ring true.

Your retreat journey will focus on you; classes will be an in-depth journey through your body, mind and soul. Lindsey will teach her signature enlightening and engaging style of yoga, manifesting mindfulness through asana, pranayama and meditation. Throughout this philosophy and practice of yoga, you will receive guidance on how to implement mindfulness and wellness into your daily life.

Let’s talk about your rooms, each room is your sanctuary to rest and relax after our adventure-filled days. Each room includes two queen beds or a king bed, and a full private bathroom. Coffee and tea makers as well as wi-fi.

Activities
  • Sound bath and Meditation: A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs and singing bowls. We will rest and relax after our adventurous day.
  • ​Aerial Yoga
  • Sunrise and Sunset Yoga
  • Hot Springs Relaxation: One of the unique activities in Midway Utah is the one-of-a-kind Homestead Crater. The Crater is a geothermal spring, hidden within a 55-foot tall, beehive-shaped limestone rock. At 90 to 96 degrees the mineral waters will help heal and support our adventuring bodies.
  • Uinta Mountain Hike: The Lofty Lake Loop trail is one of the most popular hikes in the Uinta Mountains. Jammed packed with alpine lakes, meadows, peaks, every minute there is something to look at. Located just north of Bald Mountain Pass this hike is an awesome adventure in the heart of the western Uinta Mountains.
  • River rafting adventure with waterfall hike: The Provo River is a beautiful mountain-fed river full of evergreen trees, granite cliffs, and crystal clear water. Adventure through class I-II rapids on this 5 miles of water. After lunch, we will hike through deep pine forests and canyons to amazing waterfalls.

Lindsey
Lindsey was first introduced to yoga through a back injury as a teenager. In 2012 she completed a stay at an Ashram in India, which ignited her passion for yoga. Lindsey came back to the States to complete her 200-hour teacher training as well as her 85-hour prenatal teacher training in Chicago, IL. Since her initial study of yoga Lindsey has continued to grow and learn through training and further study. She has honed her focus into alignment-based vinyasa, studying the effects and benefits of restorative and yin yoga. Honouring the power of meditation and breathwork. Working with expecting mothers and postnatal mothers through yoga and meditation. And most importantly working to inspire others through the power of yoga. Lindsey likes to create classes that challenge students to use their bodies, breath and minds to strengthen, focus and ground themselves in the present moment.
