Practice sun salutations atop a cliff overlooking the dramatic sea as you greet the new day, synching your movement and breath with the rhythm of nature. Embark on guided hikes through the staggering mountains and along the winding, wind-swept coast. Immerse yourself in the history, culture, and powerful nature of Nant Gwrtheyrn. Watch the sun disappear into the calm waves as you take a refreshing swim. Sink into a deep state of release and rejuvenation during guided relaxations and a soothing gong bath, leaving with a sense of calm.

Program

The retreat starts on Monday and ends on Friday. Each morning starts with yoga and meditation and each evening ends with similar. In the afternoon, partake in guided walks through the mountains and along coastal paths of the peninsula. Throughout the week, there will also be a healing gong bath and the option to explore reiki and hypnotherapy.

The five star accommodation is set in the former quarry village of Nant Gwrtheyrn with a long stretch of private beach set against a mountain backdrop. The venue is rich in Welsh history and offers high quality rooms and food. Choose from a variety of sizes of rooms and beds, all of which are en-suite and equipped with a desk, wifi, and tea/coffee making facilities. The center also has multiple spaces for yoga, breakout rooms, and an on site cafe and shop.ย

Cat is an experienced yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher who trained with the school of DRU yoga and meditation. Her classes combine warm-ups, asanas, meditation, pranayama, energy block releases, and deep relaxation. She is also a Qi Gong teacher, sound practitioner and Reiki healer. Cat works to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit through her all-encompassing classes.ย

I am a wellbeing warrior; we live in turbulent times and I believe that our inner peace is our anchor. I run a company called The Missing Peace, to help people unlock the magic that is inside of them, so they may achieve their highest potential. I am a yoga &meditation teacher, & a holistic therapist. I am passionate about guiding people back to their inner wisdom and uniqueness, so they may unlock their life and live fully. I have studied spirituality for many years, and will forever be a student. I split my time working with schools, and with adults 121 I also run weekly classes & workshops.
