Kitesurfing with Red Star Surf
Red Star Surfs teaching methods are based on the successful educational approach of IKO - International Kitesurfing Organization. They will help you to define real goals in kitesurfing and to achieve them step by step. The speed of the learning process during the lesson will depend on your experience, fitness level, determination, and persistence.

Yoga with Red Star Surf
Professional surfers like Kelly Slater, Stephanie Gilmor, and Cory Lopez practice yoga to improve their performance in the water and to stay flexible and relaxed during competitions.
Yoga and surfing are the perfect combinations for every surfer. Surfing and yoga both make you flexible and strong and open your eyes to the beauty around you, as both put you in excellent harmony with your surroundings. The yoga classes meet the physical needs of surfers at all levels and will support your learning experience to the maximum.
The evening yoga sessions focus on relaxing asanas (physical exercises) to regenerate the body after a day of surfing. A mixture of stretches and relaxing exercises help your blood circulate through the body more freely, so you can enjoy the next days' surf session without feeling sore or physically tired.
Balance exercises ease your body into inner peace, strength, and stability. You will also greatly improve your balance when you are riding the waves. A couple of breathing and relaxation exercises at the end of the yoga class will relax your body and mind. This can also show you how to calm down in the ocean, which is the perfect metaphor for life.
According to the ancient yogic text, the Yogasutra of Patanjali, yoga means The waves of thoughts come to rest in the spirit The same will happen to you while you are in the waves of the ocean.
