Qualification for attending Kundalini teacher training course

Course overview
The course and practical training equip you with the knowledge you need to confidently teach this exciting and vibrant style of yoga. Kundalini Tantra is also discussed in great detail, especially its importance in spiritual and physical development. Meditation is an important part of all yoga practice but especially in Kundalini yoga. You will learn about meditation and various techniques and methods to improve your meditation teaching.

You will also discover concepts and theories in philosophy which will underpin your whole learning experience and help you to truly understand your practice and the history of yoga. You will also learn how to use verbal cues and alignment methods to correct and support your students and prevent injury.

During anatomy and physiology, you will gain a deep and systematic understanding of the functioning of the body and how this relates to all aspects of yogic practice. You will learn about Kriyas (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) and their importance and practical application and benefits. You will also discover how to balance body and mind with breath and breath retention (pranayama) and how to cleanse and clean the body with basic shatkarma. Food

The food in Kundalini Yoga Ashram India is made with love that you can feel in every bite. Food is an important part of yoga that helps to awaken your energy. They buy vegetables from the local farmer of the Himalayan mountain so that they can be supported financially and the ashram can get organic vegetables.

The ashram does not serve coffee and nonvegetarian products. The herbal tea and detox juices may help you to make yourself new in this month of training. On Sunday, they serve only breakfast so that you can enjoy the taste outside in the beautiful cafes and also the cooking team enjoys the time to rest and with their family.

If you have special dietary requirements it's a good idea to communicate them to the organiser when making a reservation

Ashutosh Mishra born and bought up in Rishikesh, also known as the international capital of yoga. It was in his gene to relish and explore the significant ancient art of yoga, and he is strongly rooted in Hatha yoga and Therapeutic yoga. His style of teaching is a dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing and alignment for the body and health condition of the person. He was introduced to yoga at a very delicate age. So his father enters him at the University of Patanjali. He spent three years at the university and receive his Bachelor’s Degree in yogic science.
