Yoga and Meditation.

Spend a long weekend slowing down and sinking into ancient ritual and the rhythm of nature on the Cornish coast. Experience a journey of connecting to the natural world through ceremony, meditation and yoga. Start each day with a grounding practice and time spent mindfully in nature. Move your body consciously through yoga sequences, take an exhilarating dip in cool waters, and go on a meditative walk through mystical woodlands and cook dinner on open fires on the beech. Immerse yourself in both personal and group explorations during evening ceremonies, embracing concepts of joy and gratitude. Gather around a crackling fire as you fill yourself with divine, plant-based food and soulful conversation.

Experience the rugged coastline of Cornwall with a stone beach for wild swimming a quick walk away. Rooms are cosy, welcoming and offer clean, pure linen and true comfort. There are plenty of sunny nooks or quiet corners to take time for quiet reflection, book reading, or a sneaky forty winks!

I started on the permaculture path, I got hooked and started teaching permaculture as well as facilitating designs. This also led to a social permaculture interest, applying the process to personal and social issues and finding real power in this methodology for change, based on the principles of nature. A thread running through all my work and interests is one of connection: learning, practicing and sharing the ways we can find our way back to ourselves, each other and the natural world. Some of these threads are Active Hope /The Work That Reconnects and Deep Nature Connection and Regenerative Cultures. This lead me to become an eco-facilitator drawing from a rich collection of tools. Study of the Lakota traditions and ceremonies has added clarity and commitment.
