Spend a long weekend in the presence of like-minded individuals, transitioning into the new season with intention and gratitude. Awaken your body with dynamic yoga  and find mental and physical clarity through guided meditation and chanting. Nourish your body with food that is as delicious as it is healthy. Draw power and inspiration from within and take meditational walks through the surrounding forests. Come dusk, release all that is not serving you through rejuvenating yoga Nidra, energising fire ceremonies, and the healing vibrations of a gong bath.

The estate is set on 12 acres of private land in the Sussex countryside, including a farmhouse, converted barn, and six free-standing lodges. The rooms are cozy with a touch of rural aesthetic and are all en-suite. Each lodge also has its own plush living room. The expansive grounds include an open-air hot tub, outdoor pool, a barn for yoga classes, and formal gardens with views over the surrounding forest.

Program

The retreat commences with a welcome ceremony and restorative yoga Nidra class in the evening. Each morning we will welcome the day with pranayama, meditation and an energising vinyasa flow.  Throughout the remainder of the retreat, look forward to restorative afternoon practices, an evening fire ceremony, yoga Nidra, and a gong bath. Free time gives one the opportunity to enjoy the amenities of the property and take walks through the surrounding fields and forest.

Emma
Emma first found yoga as a means to alleviate physical pain and also find a stillness in her mind and within herself. She completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India and first taught yoga in Peru. Emma is inspired to share her passion for the practice and to help others find the same peace that she was able to find with yoga.
