Blackadon Farm offers varied sizes of luxuriously renovated private cottages in a peaceful setting. The farm has eco-friendly features including solar panels, LED lighting, and a natural water source. The property has its own private woodland, a grassy courtyard, and dark skies perfect for stargazing at night.

This is a large 'family' room with a double bed and a mezzanine with three singles. It can only be booked for a minimum of 3 people and we will try to find a 4th lovely person to share it :)

Program

Kick off the retreat with a pre-arrival consultation. Over four days, explore a variety of practices and workshops to optimize your mental space. Partake in gentle pilates classes, learn about nutritious eating, explore brain-related topics in workshops, and find mental clarity in guided relaxation sessions and hypnotherapy. During free time, take walks through the countryside or head to the beach for some coastal exploration.

Harry
Harry teaches Pilates as a way of life. Her classes are suitable for all abilities and she will be helping us stretch, strengthen and relax during the retreat.
