The Llethrau Centre is an environmentally friendly venue tucked into the heart of the Welsh countryside with a river running through a private valley. Comfortably decorated yurts, cottages, and huts offer varied types of private accommodation. The cottages and huts have private bathrooms, while the yurts and camping areas have communal showers and bathrooms. The space also offers a yoga shala, a communal hall, and a fireplace. Nearby are small Welsh towns with pubs, markets, and restaurants.

Program
Mornings start with a mindful meditation session followed by an energizing Kundalini yoga class. Afternoons offer free time to explore the surrounding forest, go on hikes, or simply to relax. Return for an evening filled with yoga Nidra, mantras, and rejuvenating sound healing. Schedules are fluid and fluctuate based on the interests and energy of the group.

Beth
Beth is a Kundalini yoga teacher based in Manchester, UK with a passion to help her students find balance by connecting to the light within themselves. She uses Kundalini, meditation, and yoga nidra to help guide others through times of stress, pain, and anxiety, focusing on the integration of the mind and body.
