Program

This five-day retreat is designed to help you slow down and reconnect to your inner rhythm, while refining your yoga practice through twice daily yoga sessions. Start each morning with pranayama followed by yoga asanas and relaxation. After lunch, enjoy free time in the afternoon to relax on the beach, take a dip in the sea, or explore the island. Regroup in the evening for a restorative hatha practice and yoga Nidra followed by a guided meditation.

Yiannis
Yiannis experienced a total lifestyle transformation upon meeting his Guru, Sri Dharma Mittra, in New York. During the next ten years, he developed a daily, dedicated yoga practice and became a student of Self-Realization. Since 2013, Yiannis has been sharing the teachings of his Guru through yoga, meditation, and pranyama, encouraging practitioners to go beyond their senses and fully embody yoga in all that it offers.

Anna
Anna came to yoga over ten years ago, first drawn in by the notion of breathing. She began exploring yoga and meditation, incorporating them into her daily routine. Anna continued to explore different aspects of yoga and meditation under various teachers from schools in Mexico to Thailand, setting her on the path to self-discovery. For the last 6 years, Anna has been sharing what she has learned through teaching yoga classes, hoping to enlighten the path of her students.
