Are you looking to revive yourself after a challenging last year and a half? Head to the sweeping coast of South Devon for fresh air and nature therapy. Awaken your body with morning yoga in lush gardens and follow the winding coastline on energizing runs. Dig into delicious meals provided by Dartmoor Larder (a reason to sign up to the retreat in itself) and learn from their talks on nutrition with your fellow guests before catching the sunset over the glistening sea. Soothe your mind and body in the hot tub and wood-fired sauna, taking the opportunity to rest and reset beneath a forest of ancient oak trees.
