Over a weekend, master the art of letting go in the peaceful Cotswolds countryside, a tool that will transform your mindset greatly. Dive into yoga and meditation practices that will draw you into the present moment and connect you to your mind and body, encouraging you to go with the flow. Through intentional journaling, engage in self-inquiry to reconnect to your innermost self. Inhale the fresh air on country walks and nourish your body with carefully prepared, plant-based meals. Release all that is no longer serving you through restorative yoga Nidra and a sound bath, feeling lighter and rejuvenated at the close of the weekend.

A beautiful converted stone barn located in Stow-On-The-Wold, Cotswolds. The interior is spacious and modern with a mix of twin and double rooms, a communal dining area, and a kitchen. The house is surrounded by a sprawling lawn and tennis courts.

Program

The retreat takes place over a weekend, starting with a welcome circle and yoga class that flows from Vinyasa to Yin followed by relaxing yoga Nidra on Friday evening. Wake up with morning yoga, meditation, and journaling on Saturday and Sunday, followed by a nourishing brunch. The afternoon is left open to spend how you wish- playing tennis, reading, or connecting with new friends. In the evening, unwind with Yin yoga and a sound bath.

Rosie Parton
Rosie
Rosie is both an actress and a yoga teacher. Her yoga practice has evolved over the years and has served as an important avenue for her personal healing. Rosie has completed Vinyasa, Mandala and her Yin yoga teacher trainings and runs Funky Cactus Yoga in addition to teaching at numerous studios.
