Mornings start with pranayama (breathing) exercises followed by an energetic vinyasa flow class to challenge the mind and body. Programs vary by the group and their interests. Throughout the day, acro yoga, guided meditations, walks, wild swimming, yoga nidra, and massage treatments - including aromatherapy and deep tissue - are all on offer. There is also time to take a walk or bike ride through the surrounding trails. In the evenings, relax and release with Yin yoga classes.ย
