Elegant twin and double rooms are set in a historic cottage in the Cotswolds. Enjoy yoga classes in the garden and group circles in front of a warm fire in the ornate common room. Tennis courts and table tennis are on site to use during spare time. The green, expansive Deer Park is across the street for solo walks.

Program

The retreat opens with a cacao ceremony on the first evening. Each morning offers time for an optional run before taking an energetic vinyasa yoga class or letting go during ecstatic dance. After breakfast, take a mindful meditation walk through Deer Park or partake in a guided foraging adventure in the woods. In the afternoon, free time allows for the opportunity to play tennis, get a massage, or relax before the group reconvenes for evening yoga and breathwork
