This three-night retreat starts on Friday late afternoon and ends Monday morning. Daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama are on offer. Exciting activities like a cold water immersion and cacao ceremony are worked into the retreat. Spend free time soaking in the hot tub, relaxing in a hammock, or staying cozy around a fire.

Nab Cottage is a traditional cottage in the Lake District situated on a small, private lake and surrounded by mountains with plentiful hiking trails. Inside, there are two single rooms and eight double rooms, with a mix of shared and en-suite bathrooms and all offering spectacular views. The house boast a large, farmhouse-style kitchen, dining room, a piano room, and a sitting room heated by a log far. The expansive grounds are covered with flourishing vegetable and flower gardens, outdoor dining spaces, a hot tub, and a wood-fired sauna.

Madison, who has taught yoga all over the globe, including India, is now based in Cheshire UK. She believes that yoga truly is for anyone who is open to its practice. She encourages her students to overcome their inner critic and simply enjoy the experience, and the healing it brings. Madison describes herself as a messy-haired, barefooted free spirit who nurtures others towards joy and self assurance. Her mantra is: “Ride the waves, show up for your body wherever you’re at today.”
