This stunning, family-run country estate sits in the heart of Tuscany among lavender fields, olive groves, and vineyards. The 800-year old farmhouse reflects traditional Tuscan style with modern, updated amenities and twelve spacious bedrooms with stylish bathrooms. Enjoy the views from an outdoor dining terrace overlooking the lush gardens and courtyard. Perhaps the most impressive feature is the saltwater swimming pool surrounded by daybeds, outdoor sofas, and a hammock. Program

This week-long retreat blends yoga, fitness, healthy eating, and outdoor exploration of the Tuscan countryside. Days are filled with a wide of activities including energizing morning yoga, twice daily group fitness training, and restorative yoga in the evening. On some days, there will be an option for a morning hike or run. Each day also offers an activity like healthy cooking, nutrition talk, or massage. The retreat is yours to design for yourself so you have the option to participate in the activities that you choose.

Chris is a fitness trainer and educator with ten years experience in the health and fitness industry. He offers bespoke training and nutrition services at fitness retreats, infused with passion and deep knowledge. 
Jo Nighy
Jo
Jo is a holistic healer, offering holistic and deep tissue Massage, Reiki and Indian head massage. She believes deeply in the healing power of touch and its impact on our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Her treatments blend a variety of techniques to fit each individual's needs and aims to create a nurturing, safe space for her clients. 
Heather Mikkelsen
Heather
Heather has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. Her classes are fun, challenging, and energetic blending mobility and weight training and yoga and stretching to optimize physical health.
Sophia Greengrass
Sophia
After experiencing the physical and emotional transformation yoga had on her, Sophia felt called to teach and completed her teacher training in Hong Kong and India. Her classes blend hatha, vinyasa, and meditation, encouraging her students to stretch, sweat, breathe, and reset. Intrigued by the energy body and manifestation, Sophia also explores intention and awareness in her yoga classes.
