Over five days, there is time to unwind in the outdoors and engage in varied restorative and invigorating physical activities. Each morning begins with a different class, including yoga, pilates, and an aqua class. The afternoons are left open for exploring the outdoors, going on hiking and rock climbing excursions in the surrounding cliffs. There will also be plenty of free time to relax, visit the local shops, and get a massage in the spa.
