Start each day surrounded by nature as you practice Mandala vinyasa yoga and meditation. Engage in self-enquiry through guided journaling activities. Explore your stunning surroundings during coastal walks and refreshing dips in the sea. Relax in a lush, eco-friendly farm, digging your hands and feet into the earth. Find deep release through evening Yin yoga sessions. Connect with new friends over tasty, seasonal meals prepared by a private chef and gaze up at night skies glittering with stars.

Loveland Farm is a carbon neutral farm situated on the Hartland Peninsula. The farm has animals and fresh produce aplenty, along with six eco-friendly geodesic domes for sleeping. The domes are stylish decorated with comfy beds and chic details. There are outdoor spaces as well as a geodesic dome for yoga classes, an outdoor kitchen, a communal dining space, and an indoor pool that has been heated with renewable energy.

Program

The retreat takes place over a long weekend and kicks off with a welcome circle and yoga session on Thursday evening. Each morning starts with a Mandala yoga flow class, meditation, and journaling. After a delicious, plant-based brunch, use your afternoon to read, relax, go for a swim in the sea, take a surf lesson, or partake in a workshop at Loveland Farm. In the evening, unwind with Yin yoga before dinner.

Rosie Parton
Rosie
Rosie is both an actress and a yoga teacher. Her yoga practice has evolved over the years and has served as an important avenue for her personal healing. Rosie has completed Vinyasa, Mandala and her Yin yoga teacher trainings and runs Funky Cactus Yoga in addition to teaching at numerous studios.
