Do you find you're feeling overwhelmed and easily triggered? Perhaps you need a time out from fighting mental fires? Maybe there doesn't seem to be enough minutes in the day to pause and one day seems to blur into another? During this retreat, you will discover how to reconnect to the present moment and slow your mind and body down with the help of Hatha yoga, Nidra, mindfulness, and nature connectedness, all therapeutic eco-therapy tools used as soothing mental, and physical tonics. After the heat and rush of summer, autumn is the perfect time to look within, reflect, and refocus. Gathering some much-needed time to heal and rewild.

The retreat takes place at a rustic campsite in the woods of Northern Wales, with river and lake access. The camp consists of a vintage gypsy caravan, luxurious yurts, a firepit, basic furniture, a hot shower, and a compost toilet. Simple, functional, and eco-friendly. Bedding, blankets, cooking supplies, and pizza on the first night are provided. Food for the rest of the retreat is self-catered.
