Grand St. Katharine’s is a brick house surrounded by expansive acreage and a magnificent walled garden. The house offers shared or private en-suite rooms, and has a library, grand staircase, stained glass windows, and details from a bygone era. The vegetarian meals are primarily sourced from the walled garden on the property.

Program

Not the average yoga retreat, the classes are designed to be as relaxing as they are informative, introducing participants to intentional asanas, breathwork, and meditation. Beyond mindful yoga classes designed to develop an awareness of the body and mind, there will be energy medicine and manifestation workshops. The evenings end with guided yoga nidra sessions that enhance sleep and relaxation.
