Old Lan Farmhouse is set amidst the quiet countryside with views over rolling hills. The farmhouse has four rooms with varied bed and bathroom setups, as well as one self-contained loft. The expansive acreage is perfect for outdoor relaxation and events. Facilities include yoga and fitness studios, as well as wifi across the entire property. There is a resident wellness coach to support nutritious, locally-sourced meals prepared by a chef.

Located just over ten minutes drive from the closest market town, Narberth, and tucked away in the quaint village of Login, this beautiful farmhouse is set within 2.5 acres of land, approached through a wooden gated entrance with stone pillars and a sweeping gravelled driveway taking you down to the main residence.

Old Lan Farmhouse was re-built in 2004 retaining many of its original features. The internal woodwork is all oak including the large staircase and the internal doors and many of the original oak beams from the farmhouse have been incorporated into the property for that traditional feel. There are exposed stone walls, log burning stoves, victorian style cast iron radiators, and all the traditional features of a period farmhouse but with modern quality and design for comfort and style.

The ground floor layout is light and airy with spacious rooms and an opulent yet welcoming reception hallway leading to the beamed gallery landing. A sumptuous lounge with a log burning stove and oak flooring and a beautiful wet room and toilet off the main hallway. Equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard, there is everything you need to enjoy your stay!

Food
Throughout the weekend, you will be provided with 3 daily meals as well as snacks and refreshments. Dietary requirements including vegan and vegetarian meals can be accommodated.

Program

This weekend retreat packs in a diverse range of workshops and healing activities, fully immersing you into the mind and body wellness experience. Begin the day with gentle hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation. Throughout the day, participate in workshops exploring topics like color therapy, goal-setting, and chakras. Join in guided meditations, breathwork, chanting, and sound therapy to wind down at the end of the day.

Day 1
  • 15:00 Arrival and refreshments - Welcome & Overview. Time to meet the other members of the group, explore and settle into your home for the weekend.

  • 17:00 Hatha yoga
Emma will provide instruction on yoga techniques that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine for better physical, spiritual and emotional health.

During this session, you will be guided through the benefits of aromatherapy and how you can use them to your advantage in your day to day life. You will also have the opportunity to personalise your own 'sleep roller' to help you have a peaceful night alongside your candlelight meditation.
  • 20:45 Candlelight Sound Bath Meditation
The breath is our most direct connection to life. Various breathing techniques can be used for relaxation, meditation healing, or tap into the subconscious mind. This session teaches you how breathing can clear the mind, de-stress the body, and reprogram yourself to “let it go.”

Awaken the mind, body, and soul in this gentle morning session. You will be guided through a sequence of gentle postures coupled with pranayama to allow you to energize, ground, and connect with body-mind sensations.

The use of crystals has been around for centuries. Crystals have amazing healing abilities and can be used in your day-to-day life to support medical ailments and mood. During this workshop, you will learn about the benefits of crystals and have the opportunity to experiment with specific crystal combinations during your stay at the retreat.

Revitalize and restore your energy flow with this nurturing retreat session. Chakras are the seven main energy centres of our body. First mentioned in the ancient Vedas, the Hindu books of knowledge, and the root of yoga, these swirling vortexes regulate our energy flow. Every sense, feeling, and experience is connected to a specific Chakra. When you are stressed about something, the Chakra itself can become unbalanced and this can manifest itself as illness in your physical and emotional body.
  • 21:15 Journey through breath, meditation, and sound
Experience the liberating power of authentic movement and self-expression. Discover the pathway to break through old limitations and unveil the ecstatic beauty and wisdom of who you really are.

During this powerful session, conscious, connected breathing and meditation are used to clear limiting beliefs that inhibit the free flow of pleasure, ease, and grace. Meditation is used to deepen your direct connection to, and respect for, the innate body and awaken every cell in the body, leaving you more alive than ever before!

This session is a sound-sational experience that may include crystal bowls, tuning forks, and/or voice to raise your inner Chi, increasing your energy awareness and filling every cell with balance and joy.

Emma
Originally qualified as a personal trainer and nutrition adviser in 1998, and went on to teach in the Education sector alongside her work as a professional singer & dancer.  Emma turned to naturopathic nutritional therapy in search of answers to her own health challenges.  Emma specialises in Skin health delivering facial treatments and is also qualified in the following: Reflexology, Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy,  Aromatherapy Massage,  Bach Flower Remedies.  With over 25 years of experience practicing yoga, Emma began her teacher training in 2017 and is currently a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. Emma combines Hatha yoga and meditation in one-on-one and group classes and retreats.
