A day of accessible yoga and meditation practices, connection and nurturing heart centring self-awareness in a beautiful location.

Program
The day will start with a slow but energising flow and pranayama, followed by a coaching session with Harriet to inspire good mindset and to look at health from a new perspective.
The afternoon will be a Summer themed somatic movement and Yin session with a very special guest Aofie Miralles, an Oxfordshire based Harpist.
With a heart-filled immersion of live harp music, gentle mindful movement and longer held yin postures, time to reflect, recharge, and return to a deep state of connection. What is revealed when you slow down the pace of life, pause, and listen?
The peaceful, healing vibrations of live harp music, combined with yoga, breathing, and meditation, as pathways to awakening the intuitive nature of your heart. Restore and regenerate your whole being.

I discovered yoga on my travels in my early 20s. (27 yrs ago), I chose to travel alone as at times I preferred my own company, quietly contemplating life and escaping from childhood trauma, I found so much healing in Yoga and Meditation. I dipped in and out of practice until my late 20 when I became a regular student at some well-known studio's in London where my passion for yoga grew. It wasn't until much later though when I was living in the French Alps in 2009 just before I started a family I decided to take my journey further and qualified in Mindful Vinyasa flow As a teacher I'm always learning and am inspired by many wonderful teachers. I continue attending regular CPDS, workshops and have completed further training over the years (yin yoga, restorative, pre and postnatal, IYTT) so I can share the profound benefits that yoga offers with all my students. I have just recently graduated 300hr IYTT and have started to weave Scaravelli inspired yoga into my class’s!! A beautiful way to truly connect to mind and body.
