The expansive venue offers a bright yoga studio and a state-of-the-art cycle studio, along with holistic treatment rooms. The property also boasts a sunny terrace and outdoor yoga platforms surrounded by an orchard and grazing goats, donkeys, and alpacas.

Program

This one-day retreat is designed to balance the inner agni-- life force-- and improve your gut health. The experience starts mid-morning with a juice shot to activate your metabolism, followed by breathing exercises and cleansing techniques to balance your agni. Move into a slow, strong flow that will massage your digestive system. Nourish with a delicious, colorful plant-based lunch supporting health and digestion. Spend the afternoon relaxing with a deeply restorative Yin yoga class that leads into a guided yoga Nidra session. Finish the day with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.

Emma first found yoga as a means to alleviate physical pain and also find a stillness in her mind and within herself. She completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India and first taught yoga in Peru. Emma is inspired to share her passion for the practice and to help others find the same peace that she was able to find with yoga.
