A charming country house set in the magical woods of Alderley Ridge. The house overlooks the beautiful countryside and has skylights, which are perfect for gazing at the night sky. There is ample space to practice yoga with the added benefit of heated floors. The house doesn't have overnight sleeping options. Onsite, there are also spa facilities including a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, as well as a cold indoor pool.

Program

This day-retreat is filled with yoga, woodland bathing, and meditation. Start the day with a dynamic vinyasa sequence that blends standing, balancing, and strengthening postures. In the afternoon, partake in guided woodland walk followed by afternoon tea, a gentle yoga flow, and a releasing meditation. There is plenty of time for you to relax in nature, take a chilly dip in the pond, book a massage treatment, unwind in the jacuzzi or sauna, and laugh with new friends of soul warming food.

Tabitha experimented with yoga on and off for years before developing a more disciplined practice in her thirties. She is on a continual quest to learn how to improve her physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and has an impressive spread of qualifications, including yoga teacher certification, life coach, clinical hypnotherapy, and Thai yoga massage. Through her classes, Tabitha hopes to enable her students to better understand their bodies and approaches yoga with kindness and compassion.
