Secluded ocean front villa
Waking up tired and going through the motions might seem like just what we have to do to get through the times we’re living in. Believe me, we’ve all felt the pandemic sludge. But years from now, when you look back and wonder if you really lived life to its fullest, you’re going to wish you’d taken the time to pause and live with heartfelt intention, It’s time to reclaim your joy and live your best life.
After the retreat, this is what your life could look like:
- You get out of bed feeling refreshed and excited for the day ahead.
- Your body feels better. You feel confident, radiant, and strong.
- You delight in your relationships with friends, your family, and coworkers.
We’re so excited to head to Copal, a secluded, boutique Ocean Front Villa in Riviera Maya, for a Yoga Retreat. Our summer retreat will help you relax, recharge, and create more joy and ease in your everyday life. It’s what we at Five Points Yoga do best!
Here’s exactly how it will help you:
- Relax by releasing tension with a fun, slow, and mindful start to the retreat. Our hope is that you’ll take the deepest, most easeful breath you’ve taken since 2019 within 48 hours of your arrival.
- Rejuvenate means power up. Once we’ve relaxed, we’ll work with powerful flows and mindfulness practices to reignite our inner fire and intuition.
- Use your inner knowing to get clear on how you want to show up in the world and create a do-able plan to create more joy and ease in your day-to-day life when you return home.
