Have you completed your 200 hour training or foundation learning but are seeking a deeper understanding of the art of teaching and delivering yoga? This 100 hour yoga teacher training blends online and in-person work with consistent contact without requiring you to take weeks off of work. This focused course, will help you discover your voice and gain the confidence and skills to empower your inner teacher. Refine your understanding of how to teach pranayama, meditation, and chanting in addition to gaining confidence in assisting your students with adjustments and alignment. Dive deeper into anatomy, physiology, neurophysiology, and trauma, while also learning how to hold space and invoke rituals and ceremony. Finish the course with clarity and confidence to offer inspired teachings to your students. This course can be combined with our Becoming Yogi course to offer a 300 hr teacher training.
Island School of Yoga
The Island School of Yoga is a yoga school located by the sea on the Isle of Wight. The school holds teacher trainings, workshops, and personal development courses.

The teacher training accumulates to 100 hours of coursework that complement and build upon the training that 200 hour certified teachers already have. The training takes place over three months and involves three in-person, non-residential weekends and one day of silent meditation. Throughout the course, there are also weekly asana tutorials, online theory lectures, accountability calls with the coach, and an expected six hours per week of self-study.
Emma is a senior yoga teacher, healer, athlete, and the founder of the Island School of Yoga. She combines yoga, pranayama, meditation, and complementary therapies to help empower and heal people.
