Have you envisioned your yoga journey taking a deeper turn beyond your weekly class or a one-time retreat? You may be feeling called to build a strong foundation and explore more intricately the depths of all aspects of yoga, from asana and meditation, to philosophy and chanting. Spend six months immersing yourself in the art of yoga and notice how it shifts your self-care, growth, and soul connection. Dive into a deep understanding of asanas, pranayama, and meditation with a blend of contemporary tools and ancient teachings. During the course, you will learn the eight limbs of yoga and how to apply them to your own life, alongside yoga philosophy, nutrition, chanting, the art of ceremony, and moon work. The program also has one full day of silent meditation in June. Throughout the training, there is the expectation to maintain a consistent asana, meditation, and pranayama practice, as well as to spend at least three hours per week on self-study.
