Program
Over the course of a week, sink into a full water or juice cleanse. Fresh juice is made four times a day. Mornings commence with gentle Tai Chi-inspired movement to wake up the joints, followed by a guided meditation. Twice a day there is an option to partake in a colonic irrigation to boost the fast. Yoga classes and nutrition talks are offered daily, along with personal coaching, Yoga Nidra sessions, and stress workshops that are on offer throughout the week.

There are a variety of charming cottages and cozy private rooms to choose from, suitable for different sizes of groups. Indoor communal areas are furnished with comfy couches, while there are ample outdoor spaces equipped with picnic tables and sitting areas. The facilities also include a sauna, yoga room, and indoor heated pool.

Please book your flight to arrive at Exeter International Airport (EXT). Airport transfer is included. Sura Detox collect people at 4 p.m. on Saturday and drop off is at 10 a.m. the following Saturday.

Benita
Benita originally worked as a teacher and was drawn to therapy through her interest in astrology. She has completed trainings in Polarity therapy, Thai massage, and dynamic bodywork. Benita works professionally as an astrology reader and a massage therapist.
Dao
Dao has a varied background exploring Chinese medicine, raw food, and fasting, among other practices around the world. All of these inspired him to create Sura Detox and host retreats, during which he leads discussions on digestion and health. Dao extends his understanding of the psychology of the fasting process in group and one-on-one settings.
Daniel
Daniel has a diverse range of training inclusive of Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP), two types of body-based psychotherapies that work to address stress and trauma. At Sura, Daniel leads Tai Chi sessions and mindful meditations to harmonize the mind and body, and also works as a Somatic therapist.
