This week-long program follows a consistent schedule to introduce discipline and a regular yoga practice into your routine. Start each morning early with pranayama, yoga, meditation, and mudras. Take a break with an herbal drink and then return to another session of pranayama, meditation, and mudras. After a yogic vegetarian lunch, you will go for a marma/kalari massage followed by kalari practice. Take some time for yourself in the afternoon to rest and reflect. There will be one live traditional Kerala kathakali dance performance and the opportunity to take a heritage tour of Fort Cochin.
7 am: Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra
9 am: Herbal drink
9.30 am: Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras
10.30 am: Breakfast (Fruits, nuts, Dry Fruits)
12.30 pm: Vegetarian lunch
4.30 pm: Marma/Kalari Massage
5.30 pm: Kalari Practice.
8 pm: Dinner
