Nothing is compulsory, do as much or as little as you wish. Maybe you spend your afternoons swimming in the natural water pool, hiking in the mountains, chilling out in the hot tub or having a snooze in a hammock. You'll also receive a complimentary healing massage or reiki treatment to enjoy.

Heather teaches a variety of styles of yoga. Her classes are friendly and approachable for practitioners of all levels. Heather's main goal is to ensure that everyone is comfortable on the mat. Beyond teaching yoga, Heather runs Tonic Yoga, a company that specialized in running luxury yoga retreats
