From finding a new hobby, pampering yourself, having fun, learning something new, or going a bit deeper and looking at ways to improve your life; rewiring anxious thoughts, advice on big life choices or learning about different approaches to health, we have a bit of something for everyone.
Prepare yourself for a day of wellness experiences, and discover what it means to have ’Me’-time.
When you arrive everything is free for you to do what you want, when you want; book onto movement or meditation classes held in our marquees, drop in on talks by experts in our key note speaker rooms. Or perhaps a more intimate/personal workshop covering a variety of topics is more of what you're looking for. You may want to get hands-on and try something new at our experiential drop-in workshops, or take support, advice or treatments with our wellbeing practitioners, from a variety of modalities. Treatments are extra but at a great value cost, especially for you.
What would our wellbeing be like without a dash of retail therapy? There will be wellbeing products, craft stalls and unique gifts. All our stalls, speakers, and practitioners have all been handpicked and are independent, in our aim to support local businesses and our chosen charities.
We have chill-out areas to take some quiet time, a conservatory or terrace to enjoy an afternoon tea (with or without bubbles), set with the beautiful backdrop of the rolling hills of Cheshire in Summer. With a few food vans onsite you may prefer a picnic with a blanket on the field.
Going deeper with your Healing
Along with the chilled out vibes we also want to help those of you who are embarking on an adventure of self-discovery and/or healing. This can be overwhelming; not knowing who to speak to or what’s available and what defines one person's wellbeing to another. We want to make this step easier, more accessible, and less daunting.
So we have clusters of ‘types’ of therapists from talking therapy like hypno, CBT, counselling, to massage and beauty, to energy healing and more. So, with this festival, we want to connect you to our handpicked local, independent businesses, whom are passionate about what they do, to you, who are passionate about your health and well-being.
Wellbeing is holistic, and it’s a whole tapestry of elements combined that brings out your empowerment to be the true you, whom you love, in all our colours of the rainbow. As the ying yang symbol represents; we are both light and dark in order to be whole. This is why we aim to cover a diverse range of topics and approaches in all that we do at Inspire - Rewire. So, let’s get ready to indulge in a full day of wellness, with you as the focus for a well-deserved experience day.
Each area of the festival has been carefully thought about for ambience and within different areas we will have sessions on all sorts. These are our different vibes - social, relaxation, uplifting, retail

The Passion Behind ‘Me-time’ Festival
Health & Healing
“I have found that piecing together a combination of life purpose, environment, relaxation, nutrition, social connection, alone time, hobbies, learning and self-development, is at the heart of my own wellbeing. After my own experience with anxiety, burnout and fatigue, from personal and professional challenges, I share my philosophy about healing (and what ‘Me-time’ means for me) regularly on all my platforms, and in person…
We can all support each other by authenticity reinforcing the notion that we are not perfect, nor do we want to be, and that half the battle is self-acceptance. It’s good to encourage people when they are looking to ‘rewire’ parts of their life, but working along peace is often in the former. Ultimately it’s up to us to live the best life we can and when we take responsibility for that, we are truly empowered.”
