Brathay Hall is a grand Georgian country home set on expansive grounds just steps away from the lake. Inside the house, there are extensive room options, ranging from single budget rooms to more spacious double rooms with lake views. All rooms are en-suite and equipped with modern amenities like a TV, wifi, and tea and coffee making facilities. Relax in the comfy, communal lounge in front of a roaring fire on chilly evenings.

Program
The weekend retreat starts on Friday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon. Enjoy a relaxing Hatha yoga and meditation session on Friday upon arrival. On Saturday morning, wake up with a more energizing yoga and meditation practice. In the afternoon, join a hike around the lakes to enjoy nature and fresh air. Come evening, unwind with a restorative yoga practice. On Sunday, partake in a morning yoga class, nourish with a brunch and take one final walk in the area before departure.

Rosanna has been teaching yoga for about a decade. She is an avid runner and swimmer with a keen interest in nutrition. Rosanna thrives in sharing her love for health and yoga with others, inspired to use yoga to help spread joy.
