Rydal Hall is a multi-purpose estate in the heart of the Lake District. On the property, you'll find a grand building housing 30 en-suite bedrooms with a mix of single, twin, and double bedrooms, as well as a cozy bar serving a selection of organic wines. There are a variety of other accommodation options, including cottages that are perfect for families or small groups, a campsite to pitch your own tent, and simple, sustainable eco-pods. Onsite, there is also a spacious barn that can be used for all types of events and a tea house serving light snacks. Rydal Hall expands over lush grounds and is surrounded by woodlands and beautiful gardens.

Program

This retreat runs as a two or three-night weekend with the option to book an additional night at the end of the retreat. Arrive in the afternoon and start the retreat with a relaxing Hatha yoga and meditation session. Mornings begin with Hatha yoga and meditation to energize you for the day ahead. During the day, choose to hike to Easdale tarn and enjoy an outdoors yoga and meditation session and a refreshing dip in the lake. Alternatively, you can relax at the property or go on a solo adventure to Rydal or Grasmere village. In the evening, unwind with a restorative yoga and a mindfulness session and perhaps songs in the garden.

Rosanna has been teaching yoga for about a decade. She is an avid runner and swimmer with a keen interest in nutrition. Rosanna thrives in sharing her love for health and yoga with others, inspired to use yoga to help spread joy.

Sion is a yoga teacher, Kirtan leader, and transformational coach. Using the healing powers of yoga and meditation, he empowers individuals dealing with anxiety to reach their highest potential. After leaving behind a career in the TV industry, Sion pursued his passions and began teaching yoga in retreats and classes around Europe.
