Harness the energy of the Scottish coast, tapping into the stillness, fresh air, and abundant nature to draw you into the present. Fill your days with morning and evening meditations. Explore all aspects of mindfulness, from the mindfulness of eating, to navigating stress, to understanding emotions. Take quiet, meditative walks through grassy meadows and up towering cliffs overlooking the sea. Warm in front of a roaring fire, reflecting on all you have absorbed throughout the day, leaving the weekend with a sense of empowerment and calm.

Toadhall is set in a tranquil rural hamlet near Muchalls, just a short drive from Aberdeen and Stonehaven. The house has four rooms, including one studio. The other three rooms vary between shared and private accommodation, as well as shared and ensuite bathrooms. The house also has a garden, fireplace, and beautiful meditation room. The venue has easy access to nature trails along massive cliffs and to the crashing shores of the coast.

Program

Spend three days focused on all sorts of mindfulness practices. Partake in a variety of mindfulness workshops from late morning to late afternoon, learning how to understand emotions and reactions. Practice the art of mindful eating throughout the day, take mindful nature walks during free time, and end the day with a candlelight meditation.

Recognizing the power of mindfulness to change both business and personal relationships, Angela decided to pursue her training in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). Currently, Angela runs retreats and workshops centered around the concept of mindfulness.
