Crabwall Manor Hotel is a grand establishment that dates back to the 11th century. Much of the history has been preserved in decor and details throughout the hotel. The hotel sits on beautiful grounds just outside the historic town of Chester. Inside Crabwell, find stylish rooms, fitness spaces, and an elaborate spa. Choose between multiple dining options, with both fine dining and informal options available dependent on your preference.

This mini-retreat lasts from mid-morning until early afternoon. Start the day with a mindfulness talk and meditation, followed by pranayama and gentle yoga. Take a tea break and then settle into a soothing sound healing meditation. If you wish to extend your experience, book treatments at the spa, including massage and facials, and make use of their pool.
Teachers for the mini retreat will change depending on the date but all of them are led by qualified yoga teachers with experience in meditation, yoga, and sound healing.
