Are you looking for an opportunity to slow down and step back from the everyday stresses that are causing mental and physical imbalances? Spend five days with Yoga Maithri in lush Kerala in South India exploring the powerful, healing vibrations of nada yoga and mantra yoga. Mantras are used as a technique to increase energy and activate psychosomatic healing, with mantra yoga being used as a form of sound therapy. Nada yoga represents the harmonious union of the mind, body, and soul, which can be reached through various yogic paths, including the cosmic sound of "AUM." Experience these practices daily, in combination with asanas, silent meditation, satsang, and fire ceremony and simple, nourishing yogic meals. Infuse your life with joy, connection, and inspiration.
